I'm Ash, a Brisbane photographer specialising in authentic photography that tells the story behind the moment.

My career began as a junior news reporter in regional Queensland. It was here I learned photography from industry veterans whose photos captured some of Australia's biggest stories.

Journalism taught me how to listen and notice the moments that matter most. Photography lets me combine that with my love of cameras and my passion for telling people’s stories.

That's the approach I bring to every shoot. Whether I’m photographing an event, a special occasion, or a portrait session, I take the time to understand what’s important to you and capture it as honestly and naturally as I can.
